By creating an account or using EquityWallet, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. About EquityWallet
EquityWallet is a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser platform that provides curated equity basket investment recommendations. We are not a broker, fund manager, or portfolio management service. All securities are held directly in your own Demat account in your own name.

2. Eligibility
To use EquityWallet you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India
- Have a valid PAN card and Demat account
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3. Services Provided
EquityWallet provides:
- Curated equity basket recommendations (not managed funds)
- Research and educational content on value investing
- Portfolio tracking tools via integration with Smallcase Gateway
- Periodic rebalancing recommendations
We do not execute trades on your behalf. All investment decisions are yours. Our recommendations are provided in good faith based on research and are not guarantees of returns.
4. Subscription and Fees
Access to basket recommendations requires an active subscription. Fees are flat and fixed — we do not charge a percentage of your Assets Under Management (AUM). Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup
- Fees are exclusive of applicable GST
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Not share your account credentials with any other person
- Not use the platform to engage in unlawful activity
- Not reproduce, distribute, or resell our research or recommendations
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
7. Risk Disclosure
Investments in equity securities are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee of returns. Please read our Risk Disclosure before investing. Invest only what you can afford to lose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquityWallet and its principals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our recommendations or platform. Our liability in any case is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on EquityWallet — including basket compositions, research reports, and platform code — is the intellectual property of EquityWallet. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolving disputes through mediation before litigation.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
