We want you to be satisfied with EquityWallet. If you are not, here is how refunds work. For any queries, email support@equitywallet.in.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of each charge. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your billing date.
After 7 days, no refund is issued for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans offer a 14-day full refund window from the date of payment. After 14 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for unused full months remaining in the subscription period, calculated as:
Refund = (Annual Price / 12) × Number of full remaining months
Pro-rated refunds are processed at our discretion for genuine cases.
When Refunds Apply vs. Don't Apply

- Platform was inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Service not delivered as described at signup
✗ Not Eligible
- Request after the refund window has passed
- Account suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Market losses or investment underperformance
- Change of mind after using basket recommendations

How to Request a Refund
Email support@equitywallet.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Investment Returns Are Not Refundable
EquityWallet provides investment advice and basket recommendations. We are not responsible for investment gains or losses in your Demat account. Subscription fees cannot be refunded on the basis of investment performance.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — a separate refund request is required if within the refund window.
